Placing Orders​

Order online via CaterTrax​

Orders must be placed a minimum of (5) Business Days prior to the event start date to ensure staff can adequately prepare to accommodate your needs. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation.​

Delivery​

Deliveries are available Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm. Additional labor charges may apply for earlier or later deliveries and pick-ups. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pricing​

All prices are per person unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on product pricing.​

Custom Menus & Special Events​

We will be happy to customize seasonal or special event menus upon request – please reach out to the team to coordinate. ​

​

Minimum​

For menu items where a minimum applies, orders with a lower guest count will be charged based on the minimum stated. ​

​

Staffing​

Dedicated service can be added to your event for an additional rate. Additional staffing fees may apply based on menu selection, order size and location.​

​

Rental & Equipment​

Food & Beverage will be served in disposable vehicles. China, glassware, etc can be requested for an additional fee.​

​

Cancellation Policies​

Events canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be liable for all charges relating to food and committed staffing and rental charges. Events over 100ppl require 48 hours advance notice for cancellation.​

Payment​

Payment must be arranged when placing your order. All services will be charged applicable state and city sales tax. ​

Kosher Meals and Dietary Restrictions​

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at time of order. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contact, this facility handles and serves all allergens, and ingredient cross-contact may occur. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance so we can accommodate meals from an approved vendor. If you have a food allergy, please notify us
